How
do I amend my profile?
Go to the “Your details”
page, then amend and confirm. The new details are taken
into account immediately.
How
can I consult my transactions?
When you open your Klik & Pay account, you will
display the last 10 transactions carried out on our
payment platform. Otherwise, the “History”
page will allow you to display all the transactions
carried out during the last 6 months. This page shows
the date, amount and description of the transaction.
You can look at the details by clicking on “consult”.
You will then be able to see the information on the
merchant from whom you made the purchase and any e-mail
correspondence that took place between you and him.
How
do I make a claim?
On the welcome page or the “History” page,
select the concerned transaction and click on “Consult”.
On the details page, you can make a claim using the
form available. The Klik & Pay client department
is automatically informed of a dispute with a merchant
and will intervene with a merchant to help you resolve
a dispute. When you use the Claim function for a real
dispute relating to a Merchant, Klik & Pay will
be alerted as soon as a merchant fails to respect his
commitments and may take the necessary measures.
Why
do I have to confirm receipt of the merchandise?
In order to protect the consumer,
by acknowledging receipt of the merchandise, you are
helping to qualify the merchants who use the Klik &
Pay platform and who must respect good online commercial
practices.

How
do I cancel a transaction paid by debit/credit card?
Simply
request a refund in the claim form that you can access
form the transaction details page. The merchant, having
been informed of your request, may reimburse you directly
to your credit or debit card, if the request is justified.
How
do I cancel a transaction paid by cheque or bank transfer?
If
you have not launched payment, sent a cheque or requested
a transfer, the transaction appears in “payments
pending” for receipt of funds. All you have to
do is to request the cancellation in the transaction
detail page. If you have already made the payment, leave
a message in the form and the merchant will contact
you so that he can reimburse the money.
How
do I manage current subscriptions?
In “Current subscriptions”,
display the list of subscriptions you have taken out
with one or more of the affiliated merchants. On this
page, you can automatically cancel a subscription. The
merchant will be informed immediately and you will not
be asked for any more payments.
How
do I manage instalment payments?
You have been offered the opportunity
to pay in instalments at one of our affiliated merchants
and you can display your future instalments on the “Instalments
page”. On the due date, you will receive an e-mail
asking you to make a payment.
How
do I close my account?
All you have to do is make the request from the “Close
your account” page, after checking carefully whether
the relevant account has been settled. If this is not
the case, first request a transfer in your favour and
only request closure of the account once the transaction
has been completed. Closure of the account is definitive.
