Installation Parameters
The installation phase is remotely managed and does not require any local intervention. It is not necessary to have a secure server because the merchant and consumers data are sent directly on the Banks servers via the Klik & Pay Gateway Server which treats the request. The installation can be done either by the Web agency which developed the site, or by our developers. An on line help guides the person throughout the installation procedure.

Testing Period
During all the phase of installation, the system makes it possible to test and visualize all the information feedbacks. When the operations are finished, the developer requests from the technical department to pass in active mode. It is instantaneous.

A free Hot-Line is at the disposal of our customers. A telephone permanence and a ticket service guarantee a fast answer to all the questions concerning the installation, the parameter setting or type of question : commercial, technic, transaction follow-up, ...
