ALERT
AND ANTI-FRAUD SYSTEM
For each validated transaction, CYBERservices provides the
merchant with all the necessary information to allow him to analyse
each of his orders. The merchant can prevent certain clients from
accessing the payment platform according to several criteria: maximum
authorised scoring, maximum amount, country...
Scoring
:
CYBERservices performs cross-analysis of various data and, in these
scoring procedures, gives each transaction a mark of 0 to 10.
Examples
of criteria studied for cross-analysis:
 |
Country
indicated on the order form, IP address, distance in Km from
the connection point, country of origin of the credit/debit
card, country of issuing bank… |
 |
Concordance
of card issuer with the number |

Alerts :
From the very start, CYBERservices’ teams, dedicated to
tackling Internet fraud, have acquired vast experience in analysing
transactions, thus allowing them to deal quickly with risks. Every
day, these teams analyse all the transactions on the platform
and, for those that present a major risk or anomalies, the merchant
is sent an e-mail alert inviting him to ask for additional details
to ensure the authenticity of the transaction or to reimburse
the carrier as soon as possible.
Refused
transactions :
All platform connections are recorded by Klik & Pay and taken
into account when calculating the risk of fraud. If a bank is
interrogated, the grounds for refusal supplied by the issuing
bank are clearly indicated. Consulting refused transactions is
very useful when analysing the risk score shedding light on client
behaviour.
